A Message from PSAI Board President
Dwayne Siegmann
It was wonderful to see so many PSAI Members, nonmembers and guests at
the 48
th
Annual Convention and Trade Show in Orlando a couple of weeks
ago. The Board, staff and I appreciate everyone who made that event such a
success. We know it is a terrific investment of time and resources to
participate, and we thank you for coming togethe r so we could all learn
from one another and close some deals.
Thank you, also, for the privilege of serving as the PSAI's Board President
this year. As I stated in my acceptance speech, I am truly honored to be
chosen to hold the office and to work with so many other fine volunteers on
the Board and our many committees. We have an ambitious agenda!
I am encouraged as I talk to each of you that the enthusiasm and commitment to our Association and our industry
is strong. We are looking forward to building on the work the PSAI has done this past year. In addition to our
longtime services to Members and focus on helping each of us grow and strengthen our businesses, it is exciting to
be an active participant while the world is searching for new and better toi let technology.

While it may seem as though millennials are a new breed of workers, in reality there are strong similarities between

They want to be stretched and challenged; they want to work for a company of which they can be proud; and they have
every intention of being loyal.
