P AGE 2 W EEKLY EDITION MAR 1, 2017 WWETT 2017 …continued WWETT 2017 is now in the history books. Before we completely switch gears and head back out the door to Orlando, let's look at WWETT by the numbers: • 49 paid registrants for the PSAI's Basic Service Technician Training Course, and 38 who took the certification ex am. • 7 countries outside the US represented by PSAI Members who visited the booth. • 5 current PSAI Board Members and 2 Members - elect spotted walking the floor. • 5 amazing volunteers who helped us make it a successful show. Big thanks to Flay Anthony who taug ht our course on Thursday. Tony Watson from Andy Gump Inc was a lifesaver when he delivered "Proud PSAI Member" signs to our supplier members who were exhibiting. Sharon and Lou Paulsen, the "Mom and Pop" of Can Doo Budjet Rentals helped staff the booth wi th their wonderful combination of humor and salesmanship, and Renee Muehlhausen from Ameri - Can Engineering also stepped in to give Karleen a break on Friday. • 4 new PSAI Member companies already on board, with several others who promised to complete their p aperwork and join when they got back to their offices. Five Peaks and PolyPortables have both also committed to sponsoring new Members within the next couple of weeks. Big thanks to them! • 1 gorgeous portable restroom trailer being given away by Nu Concepts that drew a great deal of interest from Members and nonmembers alike. Thanks to Dan Chase, Nancy Gump, and the other terrific folks at Nu Concepts for making this terrific prize available to our Members! They are particularly interested in leveraging the PSAI's knowledge to help companies like theirs improve standards and regulations in Columbia. Below: Clyde "Mannie" Samson took a minute to check out his company's ads in the PSAI's 2017 Industry Resource Directory.
