WEEKLY EDITION February 15, 2017 2017 Construction Forecast Part 2 of a series on trends affecting the portable sanitation industry this year. Most portable sanitation businesses depend on construction and special events to drive their businesses forward. Because of this, changes in construction spending generally have a downstream impact on our industry. While the PSAI does not have access to primary sources of information regarding trends in construction spending, we gather information from sources th at do have access to such data. Unless otherwise stated, the following information is based on a ConstructConnect webinar that was broadcast on November 17, 2016, and it also includes pe rspectives from the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation.
