Gary Patterson, Founder and President of The Fiscal Doctor,
will speak Thursday afternoon on "Business Boosters and
Risk Reducers: Secrets for Sustainable Growth in the Portable
Sanitation Business."
Gary has helped more than 200 organizations in the fields of
construction, service, manufacturing, technology, distribution,
and non - profit work of all sizes. He is a Stanford MBA/Big 4
CPA, and an NSA speaker. He is the author of Million Dollar Blind Spots; 20/20 Vision for Finan cial Growth and 2
other books, and he speaks on profitable growth, accountability, risk management, and strategic planning. He has
worked as a CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CCO, and CXO – Chief Xerox Operator.
In this session, Gary will help you focus on strategic areas you need to address to increase opportunities or
decrease risks. By applying his common sense approaches to existing business processes, you will leave with
techniques to improve your company that can be implemented immediately. You'll address the c auses of feeling
"stuck" in your current business model and he will explain how to stay on track to sustainable profitability. His
