Joke of the Week
He had been a total jerk lately, so to make amends Jerry offered to take his wife Betty out to dinner.
Once seated in the posh restaurant, conversation was a bit strained. To make matters worse, a woman
at a nearby table – apparently very intoxicated –
kept watching their table. Finally, Betty confronted
her husband.
"Do you know that woman?" she asked, staring
Jerry straight in the eye.
"Yes," he sighed. " She's my old girlfriend. Since we
split up seven years ago, I hear she hasn't been
sober a day since."
Still staring at him, Betty remarked, "I am beginning
to see how the celebration could go on that long."

Sustainability in the Stalls
How Going Green With Your Restrooms May Be Worth The Investment
"Visitors who utilize a facility's restrooms come
away with an impression of the organization
overall, for better or worse" – and portable
restroom operators know this statement to be
very true. Which is why an article in the Facility
Executive is proposin g that no matter what type
of restroom you operate, portable or
permanent, you should take a look at how your
restrooms run.
The article highlights sustainability as an excellent area to re - evaluate if you're trying to improve your
restroom's overall imp ression. Simple swaps such as paper towel dispensers for hand dryers or updating
sinks by adding no - touch water faucets are options that help both the environment and the overall
health and hygiene of users.
While the article may contain suggestions that don't directly apply to the portable restroom industry, it is
important for PSAI Members to think about how these ideas may be transferable to portable units – and
if providing sustainable options could have a positive effect on overall user experience. Ch eck out the
article for some examples of forward thinking case studies and a great list of amenities to re - think.
