Meet 2017 Convention and Trade Show Plenary Speaker #2! Mark Marone, a Senior Consultant with Beyond Philosophy Inc., will speak Thursday morning on "Selling the Value of a Great User Experience – How to Devise and Implement Strategies that Build a Portable Restroom Business." The countdown is officially on here at the PSAI office – we are just two months away from our 48 th Convention and Trade Show, which will run from March 15 - March 18 at the Caribe Royale in sunny Orlando, Florida! A few weeks ago, we unveiled our first Keynote Speaker, Dr. Daniel Yeh, who will kick off the fun on the morning of Thursday, March 16. We are excited to announce that following Dr. Yeh will be Mark Marone, who will continue the day with his industry-pertinent session on the value of a great user experience. Mark is passionate about helping organizations deliver outstanding experiences to their customers. For more than 15 years, he has worked with companies to build and execute effective customer experience and sales strategies. As a Senior Consultant with Beyond Philosophy and through his prior work as an independent consultant, Mark has helped clients in a variety of industries including government, hospitality, manufacturing, financial, and retail. Also, having owned and operated a full-service restaurant in a past life, Mark knows first-hand about what it takes to design and execute a successful customer experience strategy. Mark earned a Ph.D. from Indiana University, is a former adjunct professor of management at the University of South Florida, and has written dozens of articles and white papers on customer service and sales performance improvement, including co-authoring two books on sales strategies: Secrets of Top Performing Salespeople and Strategies that Win Sales. Members of the PSAI can certainly understand the value of a positive user experience: the portable restroom industry revolves around those who use portable units. In this session, Mark will highlight the value of a positive portable restroom review and how to use the response to your advantage. You will certainly benefit from what he has to share! We are glad to have Mark on board as a part of our 2017 program and look forward to hearing from him in March – keep checking future editions of Association Insight for more information regarding our 2017 Convention and Trade Show!
