PSAI Industry Retrospective
is "President's Letter" was published in the May 1977 PSA News & Views. I came across it while looking into
the history of the PSAI and was surprised to find that this parable is as relevant today as it was 35 years ago.
Walter Hodge founded Port-O-Let of Cincinnati in 1963. He joined the PSA and was elected to the board
in 1974. He was then elected to serve as Treasurer in 1975, and then as President of the PSA in 1977.
