Suppliers: You should have received an email from Jan Nelson last week with the results of the October 2 drawing, and
the exact date/time window during which your company wi ll be able to lock in your space choice. You can start studying
the floor plan now. Much like the NFL draft, you will be aware of the spaces that have been taken before your turn comes
up, and you will have a specific time frame in which to sign off on you r choice. If the window closes before the office
receives your reservation, you will forfeit your turn. For now, this rough schedule sho uld help you with your planning. Jan
Nelson's email (referenced above) also included information and the forms you need to reserve your space. Let Jan know

We are busy working on all the details of the schedul e, but t he important dates have been set. As happened last year,
truck move in will begin on Wednesday afternoon (March 9). Exhibitor set up will be on Thursday (March 10), and the
show will open with a reception on Thursda y evening. The show will end on Saturday, March 12 at noon .
