Board Nominations Prompt Worldwide Voting By Jeff Wigley, PSAI Past President; Nominating Committee Chair CONTINUED FROM PAGE 3… The following list of Nominees has been approved for inclusion on the worldwide ballot fo r new PSAI Board Members. And now the envelopes please… The six Operators, of which three will be elected, are: 1. Nita Bailey , RestStop, Conroe, Texas, USA 2. Jennifer Corrigan , United Site Services, Fort Myers, FL division, Headquarters in Westborough, Mas sachusetts, USA 3. Eric Giffin , Cal - State Site Services, Simi Valley, California, USA 4. Rajeev Kher , 3S, A Division of Saraplast Pvt, Pune, INDIA 5. Cally Smoke , MMG Building & Construction Services, Ft Worth, Texas, USA 6. Scott Thone , Arkansas Portable Toilets, Nor th Little Rock, Arkansas, USA The three Suppliers, of which one will be elected, are: 1. Ryan Anthony , Satellite Industries, Plymouth, Minnesota, USA 2. Eric Capers , PolyPortables, Dahlonega, Georgia, USA 3. David Harling , Ameri - Can Engineering, Argos, Indiana, US A Each PSAI Member C ompany in good standing will have one vote per company. Operator companies will receive a ballot listing only the Operator candidates, and each Operator company will vote for three of the six Operator Nominees. Supplier Member compan ies will receive a ballot listing only Supplier candidates, and each Supplier company will vote for one of the three Supplier Nominees. Transparency and fair practices The ballot will include a photo and a 200 - word statement from each Nomin ee. Since the Board approved a "No Campaigning Policy," the ballot will be a fair and equitable way for each Nominee to introduce themselves to the electorate. Ballots will be sent out in late January or early February 2015 V oting will be completed by the end of F ebruary. If your company has any question as to the authorized company contact who will receive the ballot, please cont act the PSAI office in December at 952 - 854 - 8300. I hope that you will share my enthusiasm about this new election process. It will ens ure that well - qualified Board Members will be nominated, interviewed, and voted on through an open, transparent, and inclusive process. This is the final building block to be laid on the firm foundation that has been established for the future growth and prosperity of the New PSAI.
