Recently the post office returned a
brochure we had sent to a non -
member on the PSA I mailing list. The
markings indicated the company –
there a couple of months ago – h ad
gone out of business. It happens. In
fact, the U.S. government's Small
Business Administration says 50
percent of small businesses fail
within the first five years.
