13 I PSAI Association Insight, November 10, 2021 Nuts & Bolts 2021: The Firsts Before the Fiftieth Last week, attendees gathered for the first time in two years for the annual PSAI Nuts & Bolts Educational Conference. COVID-19 war stories and successes were shared. Old friends caught up and new friends were welcomed. In a few short months, PSAI will celebrate our 50th anniversary. Completion preps those seeking to become PSAI certified. This year's Nuts & Bolts proudly debuted the next level: Train the Trainer. Successful participants become certified trainers of the Service Technician Training Series. This means they can bring the series directly to their own staff and beyond. Congrats to our first graduating class at this year's conference! (continued on page 14)
