To assist members in developing such a plan, we are pleased to
provide a new template with the most common elements included.
You can review the plan on pages 9–13 of this newsletter, and
download an editable version from the PSAI's Industry Resource
Library.
This template is intended to be a guide only. We strongly
encourage you to check your local legal requirements and any
parameters your customer may wish you to address. Then, discuss
your own plan with your insurance professional and your attorney
to ensure that it is in compliance and your risks are being managed
effectively.
