I said it last year, and I'll say it again because it is still true: These days, when you need information, you can Google just about anything and get millions of hits. You can throw a question out to your colleagues on Facebook, or trust your own judgment. All of these options are fine as far as they go. Some days, though, you need the portable sanitation industry's most current data and best practices. When that happens, you need resources published by the PSAI. That is why the PSAI's Industry Resource Directory (IRD) continues to be relevant. This volume—both in its printed form and in the e-book we post online exclusively for PSAI members—contains information specifically for portable sanitation companies. It's information you cannot get elsewhere, and it's written with your needs in mind. This year, there is a lot that's new in the IRD and a lot that you have come to expect: For 2021 we have: • Dramatically expanded the industry data and benchmarking section of the directory. Throughout the year, we hear how much you value this information. That's why we worked hard to gather the best information available to help you understand how your business stacks up. • Added a new section about portable sanitation in relation to COVID-19. • Updated and expanded several other articles to reflect new information that is now available and to ensure that our publication is the most current anywhere in light of evolving standards. Of course the items you find in the directory are just a "best of" collection. The PSAI has so many more resources for members in the Industry Resource Library available at psai.org. If you don't find what you need in the IRD, check the library or call the PSAI office. We'll be glad to help you. Your questions often inspire us to create new things and explore important questions. Don't be shy! The Member Directory section of the IRD has been designed to help you find what you want. Portable restroom operators are listed alphabetically and by state or country. You can find industry suppliers both by name and by the equipment or services they provide. We are pleased to recognize our titanium- and platinum-level members by placing their logos next to their listings. Their support for the PSAI is exceptional, and we hope you will tell them how much you appreciate their commitment to our Association.
