Events will be back, but how will you sell them safely and profitably? Steven Adelman is an attorney and vice president of the Event Safety Alliance, the group that has authored guides on reopening. He'll be discussing the latest information on how to run a safe event, and it's information you'll be able to turn into a sales strategy for your company. • Promote, Find, Bid, and Succeed with Special Events in 2021. Building on Mr. Adelman's presentation, a panel of portable sanitation leaders will talk about how they are already beginning to deliver special events in areas where reopening is occurring, and they'll offer ideas on how can be prepared to get the business you want as these opportunities become more common in 2021. • Roundtables. The event will conclude with two roundtable discussions. The first, by popular demand, will cover the ongoing need for recruiting and retaining personnel in various key positions in portable sanitation companies. The second will look at the challenges and techniques for "letting the company grow up." As portable sanitation firms succeed, they have to evolve. This discussion will focus on how to grow successfully without sacrificing your company vision or values. Sponsors will be there too!
