To lead the way we: Created dozens of resources for companies including COVID-19 prevention and response plans for use with customers, sample "essential service" letters for service technicians, fillable return-to-work templates, and more, all of which are published in the PSAI's dedicated COVID-19 Resource Center. First published portable sanitation- specific information related to COVID-19 in the Association Insight newsletter on February 5 and continued to do so throughout the pandemic. Offered 12 weekly virtual roundtable discussions from March to June 2020 covering topics such as mitigating employee risk, disease transmission in fecal matter, PPE requirements, supply chain challenges, and HR concerns.
