If you have not already done so, you should ask yourself if you have something unique within your business, in
your local area, or with one of your employees that you can promote. Your unique branding will drive traffic to
your website, social media or right through your
front door. When Service Sanitation decided to
partner with the Indianapolis Colts for a video,
many football fans in their area became aware of
Service Sanitation just because of their love of the
football team. They also made a video showing
Service Sanitation staff training with the Colts
mascot. The lesson from this: Partnering with an
NFL team is great, but you don't need to go that
far. Your company can certainly try something like
this with a high school team or popular group in
your area.
Don't forget, when it comes to marketing and branding, your company has a lot to offer. Having fun does not
mean the work you do is not professional through and through. Your customers will come to understand this
regardless of how you reach them, and they will soon understand the type of service you provide. Promoting your
business and brand may need to start with a bit of a jolt to grab their attention. How will your creativity boost your
