Eventually, we ask ourselves: How did we ever do without this innovation? Do you remember your first experience with a smart phone? Social media? A Zoom call? What would we do today without all this technology? The PSAI's first-ever Virtual Educational Conference and Trade Show was one of these breakthrough moments in new technology. In the PSAI's nearly 50-year history, each and every event has always been in person. After all, what other way was there to get together? The feedback is clear, this innovation in new technology was indeed a success. In fact, many of those who contributed to this article were quite adamant that this technology should continue to be used even after face-to-face events can resume. It appears that the "hybrid conference"—both in person as well as online, is the preference of those we interviewed for this article. Continued on page 3
