We get it. Not many events are advertised as free for all your staff with one paid registration, so we're happy so many are reaching out! At the same time, we want this to be a breeze for you, and once you become familiar with our new registration system, we believe you will agree that it couldn't get much easier. But you can't know what you don't know. So, I wanted to answer some of your most frequently asked questions in one place. "I already registered for Baltimore; how do I register for this online event too?" If you—as an individual—were registered for the Convention and Trade Show in Baltimore, then you are already registered for this event and need not do a thing. But this is such a great deal, you probably want to register others from your company as well because they get in FREE with your paid registration. On October 2, we emailed an event promo code to each person already registered for this event to distribute to everyone else in their company who wants to register. If you cannot find or feel you did not receive the email with "2020 Convention Promo Code" in the subject line and believe you should have, please contact our office to get it from a member of the PSAI staff. "How do I know if I'm registered?" Log in to the PSAI website using your email address. If you haven't logged into our new site launched earlier this month, then you will be asked to set up a new password. Once you have logged in, you will be brought to your Member Compass, where you will see your event registrations in a big blue hard-to- miss box. If you click on the "My Events" tab, it will give you the details of events for which you are currently registered, and details about events you have registered for, or attended in the past. Please note that only the events you have registered for since we launched our new system will appear under your "Past Events." "I'm not registered. How do I fix that?" If you are not registered for the event simply click on the calendar icon on the top right of the page to get to our events calendar. Continued on page 8
