Wait 'til You See the Trade Show! Suppliers will be able to post welcome videos, show discounts, have virtual swag, post informational flyers and also have qualified people standing by to assist you. You'll be able to learn about any products or services that came out in 2020 that you may have missed hearing about because of COVID-19. You need to talk directly to a salesperson? No problem! If they are not there live when you visit, you can schedule a meeting for later during the conference. A chat function within the booth will also get your questions answered. We understand that you are probably new to the virtual conference world. As an attendee, we are not just asking you to register, login with a username and password and then say good luck to you. Our helpers with The Planner Collective are producing a short video that will not only show you what the virtual conference platform looks like, it will also show you how to use it the most effectively. Be on the lookout for that video soon on the psai.org website and in your emails. We Have Fun Built In! Going virtual does not mean endless information and lots of reading. Our goal is to make all of our upcoming virtual experiences fun and also informative. There will be many opportunities to engage with your colleagues in breakout sessions and roundtables. Trade show exhibitors will also invite you to special rooms we are calling playgrounds for fun and interactive meet-ups. Think of the playground as the after session drinks at the bar. An exhibitor playground may have giveaways, fun interactive activities such as trivia or an instructional on how to make the perfect martini. A playground is the light-hearted way of networking around something fun. Speaking of fun, we are also preparing a scavenger hunt activity you can easily play for a fun prize and there will also be a great prize opportunity for just attending our keynote speakers and other sessions. I need to also mention the grand prize drawing is an amazing prize package from one of our platinum event sponsors J&J Chemical.
