Use a checklist for service in the field. This includes a checklist before leaving the yard so that the technician has the right equipment, parts and supplies that will be needed for whatever comes up during servicing. It also includes a checklist for service procedures. These should include draining and refilling the unit, cleaning of parts and hoses, a full wash on the outside, use of approved disinfectants, and verifying that all parts are functioning properly. 6. When it is time to return the units to the yard, first make sure you are picking up the right units. Since COVID-19 has been a factor, there are often multiple contractors and service providers on a job site providing sinks. Have a process for confirming the equipment being put on your truck belongs to you. Empty the sink before transport, and then re-bag it if you can. If not, be sure to remove the paper and anything else that might come loose during transport.
