With all this increased pressure on everyone, both at work and at home, Nancy and her staff are constantly striving
to keep everyone vibrant and motivated. Among the many "motivators" that Andy Gump has used are Burrito
Breakfast Fridays and ice cream and cold drinks on extremely hot days in addition to the cookie deliveries to
employee's homes and humorous emails.
According to Nancy, "The portable restroom industry has been changed for the better and the same needs to be
said for the mental state of our employees."
Conclusion
At the end of the day, whether it is finding a way to manage during the COVID-19 pandemic, responding to a
natural disaster, or just "another ordinary day at the office," the mental health and well-being of each employee is
the greatest resource of any company. Please celebrate National Mental Health Day on October 10th with a new
