Update on Reno and Memphis…continued from page 15
We are very aware of the possibility that an in-person event where as many as 400–500 people gathering may not
be possible in November. Be assured we are reviewing contingency plans that include holding the event virtually.
At the same time, while health and safety
concerns require us to plan for our upcoming
events virtually, we will continue to prepare
for these events as if we will all be meeting in
person. Because of tradition and knowing that
our Members prefer to interact in person, we will
continue to work on creating a safe but useful
in-person event by following all social distancing
rules and guidelines set forth by the CDC.
However, if it is determined that the upcoming
events need to be virtual, we will let you know as
soon as the decision is made.
We hope to see as many of you as possible in
Reno on November 17–20 and also in Memphis
on February 2–5, 2021. If you have any questions
about our upcoming events, feel free to contact
