As an "essential industry," our portable restroom service has been unwavering during this worldwide pandemic. Route service technicians, pickup and delivery technicians, and other support in the field have been doing what our industry has continued to do since its inception in the 1940s—provide quality service in the delivery, service, and pickup of units, tanks, trailers, and sinks. Not to be overlooked or outdone, the administrative part of our business has made incredible sacrifices during this time with one goal in mind: to continue to provide world-class customer service during this busy, chaotic, and uncertain time. Whether working from home, coming to the office for brief periods both before and after normal business hours, adapting technology for use outside of the office, or maintaining communication with customers and co-workers remotely, operations have continued to function and to succeed in servicing customers.
