When you stay at the official PSAI Convention and Trade Show Hotel you're helping to keep registration fees down. If attendees stay at other properties, the PSAI may not meet its minimum room requirement and have to pay for empty rooms to satisfy the hotel contract. Money we spend for empty rooms may translate into a higher cost to attend the Convention and Trade Show next year. You may save some money this time, but the registration fees may have to go up for everyone next year. 2. Earn extra savings on your Trade Show registration! Members who stay at the host hotel can attend the Trade Show for FREE on Friday, March 27. If you are a Member not staying at the host hotel, the cost to attend the Trade Show is $50. Non-members will also receive a discount for staying at the host hotel by attending the Trade Show on Friday, March 27. Non- Members staying at the host hotel can enter the Trade Show for $60 which is a $10 savings for those who are not staying at the host hotel. 3. Find more networking opportunities! Frequent attendees to the PSAI Convention and Trade Show know that the lobby and other public spaces around the host hotel are always bustling with industry people. This makes it so much easier to network and get to know your fellow attendees and even exhibitors. Friendly faces you then see at round table discussions, the HOLLway sessions, and walking around the Trade Show make the whole experience much more pleasureable. 4. Save on transportation! If you're not staying at the host hotel, odds are good that you will have to spend more money on an Uber/taxi or on parking to attend the event. You may even think you'll walk on over, but with traffic, extra jackets and the chance of inclement weather, why bother? Stay at the Hilton Baltimore and be at the center of it all! 5.
