Letter from Your Incoming Board President
Dear Fellow Members,
It's that time of year to vote for incoming PSAI Board Members.
As the incoming Board President, I want to let you know that your
volunteer Board works really hard to serve the membership to the best
of our abilities. Serving on the Board requires time and dedication. It's
also a financial responsibility that falls personally on each of the Board
Members. I have zero regrets. I love what we do, and I'd do it again if I
had to.
When the time comes to vote, I ask that each of you look at how
each candidate contributes to our Association. Base your vote on the
candidate's experiences and NOT who they work for.
We all have competitors in this industry. Should a candidate own or work
for one of your competitors, please keep in mind that the individuals on
the Board are charged with making decisions in the best interests of the
entire industry. They are not there representing only the interests of their
firm. We are all here for the greater good, and we take an oath to that
effect.
Board meetings are open to all PSAI Members. We are transparent, so I assure you there aren't any "hidden
agendas" behind the scenes. We wish more of you would attend Board meetings and serve on any of our many
committees.
Thank you to my fellow Board Members for all that you do. Thank you to the candidates who are willing to take on
this responsibility, and thank you PSAI Members for your time.
See you in Baltimore!
