New for Food Trucks: Restroom Requirements
Food trucks that serve Littleton, Colorado must now comply
with a new program that requires them to register with the
city. The registration is free, but comes with a few
requirements. Operators can only use city property if they
are part of a city event, must observe zoning rules on
private property, and can only be open between 7:00 am
and midnight. In addition, they must collect city taxes and
submit proof that employees and patrons have access to a
restroom with hand-washing facilities within 300 feet or a
hand-washing station if using a portable toilet.

Water Is Off at Warminster Bark Park
On December 4
th
, Warminster, Pennsylvania
township officials announced that they had
turned off the water to restrooms and water
fountains at Warminster Community Park so as to
prevent pipes freezing over the winter. For
patrons who bring their pets to the Bark Park,
this means they will need to bring water along
for the animals to drink. During the winter, dog
owners have the option to use indoor restrooms
in the parks and recreation office (during office
hours) or the portable restroom in the main
parking lot.
