2019 Nuts & Bolts Conference: Everything is Bigger in Texas!
For the past several years the PSAI has
offered a free bonus training session.
While everyone is welcome, the
Association issues a special invitation
to new and prospective Members. The
training is followed by a time of
networking with the Board and longer
term Members in hopes that new
connections will make the event a
better experience for everyone. In these photos, instructor Joe Payne discusses some of the special issues that
have to be addressed on restricted work sites while an almost-full house takes it all in.
This year's Nuts & Bolts Conference featured two
outstanding site visits. The first was to NTR Rents, a fast-growing
company with yards throughout the Gulf Coast. There the NTR Team
greeted everyone with Texas warmth and guided attendees to
five stations where they learned about the innovative thinking that
is powering NTR Rents' successful expansion.
An NTR team member describes the safety features added to
every NTR truck and the processes used to monitor driver
performance.
