W EEKLY EDITION OCTOBER 30, 2019 H ouston: Know Before You G o By Todd Ginter , PSAI Marketing Manager Coloring Activity and Social Time Get - Together On Wednesday evening, anyone registered for the Nuts & Bolts Conference is invited to Birdies Café and Bar inside the Houston Omni Hotel for an event hosted by the PSAI's Public Information, Education and Advocacy Committee (EI). This committee developed coloring pages to create awareness among youth and prom ote the value of the portable sanitation industry. Join the fun in coloring (or just admiring others' artwork) of these pages as you socialize and have fun with all in attendance. Urgent Run on Thursday, November 7 The 3rd Annual Urgent Run will take pla ce in Memorial Park located right across the street from the Omni Hotel. A map of the course and how to get to the starting location will be in your conference welcome bag. The Urgent Run begins at 7am. If you are registered for the Urgent Run, you can pic k up your Urgent Run welcome bag at the same time you check - in. Supplier Tabletops Beginning at 9am on Thursday, November 7, supplier companies will have Tabletop displays in the pre - function area at the entrance to the conference room where the session s peakers will be presenting. Suppliers have the ability to display and be at their table all day Thursday and through the morning Friday. If you are an operator, do not miss this valuable one - on - one time with supplier companies. Thursday Night Party Start ing at 6:30pm, come to The Black Swan bar located inside the Houston Omni Hotel for the "Houston, we have a party" bash! You are encouraged to wea r a costume as we celebrate the 50 th anniversary of the moon landing. There will be games, DJ, prizes and food . $65 per person. Tickets to the party will be available until noon on Thursday, November 7.
