In a later session, Barbara will address how small businesses can successfully adjust their business sails as the economic winds change. Her session will get you thinking about the steps you can take to ensure your company is ready for whatever lies a head. Industry - specific educational sessions will address a variety of topics portable sanitation companies tell us are important to their company's success. • Special events are always a hot topic at PSAI events. If you're a small company, you want to kno w how to break into the market and succeed. If you're a little larger, you want to know how to win the big contracts and deliver on your promises. A panel of experts will discuss how they do it, and how you can do it too. • S afety is essential to all opera ting companies, but has anyone really got it all figured out? Chris Payne, Vice President at National Toilet Rentals, has more than 20 years of experience in trucking and rental environments. He has helped develop the safety program at NTR and he'll discus s how they've built and implemented it since the company's founding in 2016. At NTR, safety starts long before the truck rolls. • Disposal is on everyone's mind. PSAI Executive Director Karleen Kos will report on the findings of PSAI's first - ever comprehens ive survey of the state of waste disposal in North America. She'll cover what industry members are reporting as reality in the field, including costs and disposal options, and the options that companies can consider to mitigate the challenges they face.
