A South Florida couple say their hot tub recently became
a 'Porta - Potty' for iguanas. The viral video linked below
shows the mess the four - legged invaders left in the hot
tub after they did their business. Experts say it is not
uncommon for cold - blooded animals to frequent waters
like this as a way to warm up on cold nights.

$416,000 Spent on a Br oken Toilet
The Washington Metro reportedly spent close to a half -
million dollars on a public restroom that has been broken for
two years. The self - cleaning unit was meant to be a mor e
convenient option for transit riders after 9/11 restrictions
made the current facilities inaccessible. Think of all the
money they could have saved if they had just gone with a
portable restroom.

Bids Open on Restroom Renovation
The city of Davis, California, is currently accepting bids on bringing two
modern public bathrooms to their downtown plaza. The city is looking to
imitate facilities in Portland, Oregon that boast gr affiti - proof wall panels
and are said to be durable, easy to clean , and inexpensive to maintain.
Opening bids are estimated to be $500,000.
