Anyone lacking those hours will be designated as a Certified Portable Sanitation Apprentice (CPSA). • Complete and submit the required Authorization to Test documentation . This can be done online or by downloading, completing, and submitting the paper form . • Commit to following the CPSP Code of Ethics . This is an individual - level commitment to which each person seeking a credential must agree. • Pay the appropriate fees . Fees can be paid by check or cred it card. Individuals who are employed by PSAI Member companies are eligible for Member rates and discounts depending upon the level of membership. Regardless of whether the individual or the company pays the fees, the credential stays with the individual. • Successfully pass the examination. The PSAI issues a certification to a candidate who successfully completes an examination, and it remains valid for three years. D e ve l o pm e n t o f th e e xa m.
