What's New with the PSAI Certification Exam

Exam Results. When candidates complete the examination, they will receive a score report marked
"pass" or "fail" within five business days. To protect candidates' privacy and to maintain the
confidentiality of results, the PSAI will not give score information over the telephone.
At the candidate's request, and with permission in writing, the PSAI will transmit the results of exams to
your state licensing board or other interested party. There may be a small additional fee for this service.
Candidates who fail the examination will receive information relating to the general knowledge domains
covered on the examination that require further attention as well as information about ret esting.
Candidates will be required to wait 60 calendar days before retaking the examination. There is a retest
fee that must be paid at the time of registration.
