Signing up for the Virtual Roundtable

Are you having trouble registering for the PSAI virtual roundtable? Below are detailed instructions to help make
registering and joining the event on June 4
th
a breeze. We know technology can be a challenge at times, so
please contact Craigm@psai.org with any questions or concerns. It is highly recommended you test your device
before June 4th to avoid any technical issues with Webex. Instructions for testing your device can be found below
in the 'Joining the Meeting' section.
Registering
You can register for the virtual roundtable by visiting psai.org or by following the link here
. Once your information
has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming that the registration was successful. Within 48 hours of
this first email, you will receive an email message from Webex that contains the meeting password. You will use
the 'join the meeting' link on this email to gain access to the virtual roundtable on June 4th.
Joining the Meeting
Once you have finished registering, please visit the link here to make sure your device is ready to attend the
virtual roundtable. You may need to download a plugin or change your computer's settings to participate in the
session. Completing this step will help eliminate the possibility of technical issues when joining the roundtable on
the day of the event.
On June 4
th
, please click the 'join the meeting' link pictured to the right.
You will find this link on the approval email from Webex.
Following the 'join the meeting' link will bring you to a landing page on
the Webex website. Once the virtual Roundtable leaders are ready, they
will open the session, and the 'Join Meeting' button located at the top of
the page will become a clickable link. A photo of the unclickable 'Join
Meeting' button is located next to the red arrow below.
You will be asked if you would like to use the phone or
computer to join the meeting. Please click 'use the
computer' as it will have more options for the session.
Calling in with a phone is an option if you are experiencing
technical difficulties. You will be able to see a list of the
other attendees on the righthand side of the screen once
you are in the virtual roundtable.
