P AGE 14 Run Away Portable Restro om High winds caused a portable toilet to take flight last week in El Paso. Remarkably, the sky - high unit landed straight up in the middle of a busy intersection. The rogue restroom caused backups for hours until a technician was able to pick up the unit and return it to its owners. What's the weirdest thing you've seen blocking traffic? READ THE STORY UN Reports on World Sanitation A new report from the United Nations states, " Three out of every 10 people on Earth lack access to a reliable supply of clean drinking water. Six out of 10 lack safe sanitation. And human demand for water is expected to grow 20% to 30% between now and 2050. " The report goes on to outline a plan that would help people gain access to these basic human rights. The report doesn't mention portable sanitation. The star - studded event is known for its extravagance and an exclusive guest list. To help with privacy , a strict no selfie rule is upheld everywhere at the event except the bathroom.
