Portable Sanitation Company Faces
Major Lawsuit
Previous employees are suing Call - A - Head portable restroom in New
York. The multimillion - dollar lawsuit alleges the company knowingly
withheld overtime pay for employees working over 40 hours a week.
Over 1,300 pump drivers filed the suit with complaints about labor
practices dating back to 2009.
