W EEKLY EDITION NOVEMBER 14, 2018
Joke of the Week
Recently I decided to take a trip, but I can't decide where to go.
• I've never been in Cahoots, but apparently you can't go there alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone.
• I once was in Cognito, but no one recognized me there. I was also in Visible on that trip, and the locals acted
like they couldn't even see me.
• Over the years I've been in Sane several times. They don't have an airport — you have to be driven there,
usually by your kids or co - workers.
• I have also found myself in Trouble on more than one
occasion. Sometimes I don't really know how I got there. I
usually figure out I've arrived when some big dude twice
my size comes up to me and says, "You're in Trouble
now!"
• A friend of mine spent some time in Coherent. Apparently
he was speaking their language when he tried to tell me
about it; I couldn't understand a thing he said.
• I should know when I find myself in Difference that I will
soon be in Sensiti ve and then in Considerate if I don't turn
around. That's a bad road to travel.
• At Christmas I've often visited Gloria in Excelsis Deo and at
New Year's I've made the mistake of seeing Ralph in
Ebriated.
• I guess it would be fun to visit in Dulgence. I mig ht head
there. It's on the road to being in Excess — or so I hear.

A New Revenue Stream is always good
While this news story is a bit dated, its well worth the read. How
important is it to have transit layover provisions both for the operators
of mass transit as well as commuters? Recently (June 2018), San
Diego Association of Governments began working on a proposed
transit layover and multi - use plan, one that takes into consideration
over 13,000 commuters and as well as operators.
