PSAI Observes World Portable Sanitation Day and
World Toilet Day
Each year on November 19 the United Nations
and the World Toilet Organization recognize the
importance of all toilets on World Toilet Day. The
PSAI joins these groups and many others in
appreciating the wonders of the humble toilet, and
we also celebrate our industry's unique contribution
with World Portable Sanitation Day.

For most portable sanitation companies, job sites are
their bread and butter. Whether you are new to the
industry or you've been at it for decades, there are
always things you can do to improve your success and
profit with these customers. While there are no silver
bullets, improving communication with customers and
taking strategic action accordingly can dramatically
impact your bottom line and customer retention.
