It's the time of year when the PSAI is busy with plans for
our Annual Convention and Trade Show. Other shows that
serve our industry are also gearing up. You may be
thinking, "Why should we attend? Where's the ROI for our
business?" Last week I addressed that question from the
supplier side. This week we'll take a loo k at why operators
should make time for a trade show or educational
conference.
