Announces Leadership
Succession Plan
Mr John and Tri - Boro are excited to announce the
promotion of Christopher McCarthy to President,
and Jeffrey Wolfarth to Vice President, effective
September 17, 2018. This is part of a planned
succession in leadership for the company.
Chris joined Mr. John in April 2001, and most recently
served as the company Vice President. Chris brings a
decade of business development experience to his
new role. During his time with the company he helped develop and implement sales, marketing, customer service, and
employee engagement strategies that yielded over 350% total revenue growth.
Jeff started with the company in 1977 and most recently served as General Manager since 2000. Jeff has helped move the
organization forward with his focus on operations and customer satisfaction. He has overseen multiple acquisitions,
expan sion into new business lines, and approximately 12x revenue growth during his tenure. Jeff is widely respected in the
industry and served on the Portable Sanitation Association International ( PSAI ) Board of Dire ctors, for 9 years, and as
President in 2009.
Michael McCarthy, who has served as president since 2013 will move to the role of CEO and Chairman
