regarding responsibilities and interest in serving.
Nominating Committee finalizes recommendations for the ballot

Recommended slate
of nominees for the ballot is presented to the Board which
approves or amends it. The ballot is finalized.

Nominees accept nominations and submit ballot materials (biographical
statements, photos, etc.)

Voters of record for the 2019 election are finalized based on eligibility criteria in
the PSAI bylaws. Click here to read the bylaws.

Open election via electronic ballot
Operators vote for operator directors
Nonoperators vote for nonoperator directors
February 13
Nominating Committee reports results to the Board of Directors
Board certifies the election unless a runoff is required
Run off (if required)
February 14 – 24
14 days after election closes
Election results are announced in Association Insight, the PSAI's weekly
newsletter
New Board member orientation begins
By the week of March 12

New Board is seated at the Annual Convention and Trade Show in Mobile,
