Piled Deeper and Higher, Part II
A porta-potty toppler carries out sentence
Last week we told you about a judge in Painesville,
Ohio, had decided on a rather unique sentence for a
vandal. A park camera caught the young man
damaging a park's Wi-Fi antenna, walking on the hood
of a parked car and tipping over a portable sanitation
unit, among other baffling behaviors. So part of his
sentence was to pick up after a parade of animals at a
county fair. As the judge said, "You act like an animal,
you're gonna take care of the animals. You're gonna
go with the horses, goats, sheep, cows, pigs and after
the fair you can shovel up their crap." Now Cleveland
19 has the follow-up story featuring the man carrying
out his sentence.

Spotlight: Arizona Pumper
A driver and septic worker in southern Arizona
takes pride in her work
This month, ServiceCore decided to spotlight an
influential person who works in the liquid waste industry
— Sherri Peterson. She is one of the only women who
works full-time in the septic and portable toilet industry
in southern Arizona.
"She is the coolest mom ever," said Destiny Ballesteros,
her 16-year-old daughter. Peterson has been working in
the biz for 15 years, and as a driver and pumper for the
last three.
