On Thursday, the day kicks off at 8:30 with the second annual Urgent Run/Walk. It's a chance to have fun, get
some exercise, and raise awareness about global sanitation issues. The event will also raise money for Rise Tampa
Police Foundation and Karibu Loo, a nonprofit portable sanitation business in K enya that helps kids from families
with AIDS. After that, there is personal time and lunch on your own from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm. At that time the
rest of the day is rounded out with a visit to the Largo Wastewater Reclamation Facility. The state - of - the - art
t reatment works processes 12 million gallons of incoming water a day on average into reclaimed water and

opening keynote address called "Everything
You Ever Wanted to Know about Rental
Contracts and Damage Waivers but Were
Afraid to Ask." That will be delivered by
James R. Waite, Esq. Author of the America n Rental Association's book on r ental contracts. From 9:30 - 10 am,
there will be a co ffee break and table top exhibits, followed by another address by Waite called "Buying, Selling,
and Valuing a Portable Sani tation Business." After that, beginning at 11 am, there will be the first of round table
discussions, with a break for lunch on your own at noon. Registration on Friday will be open from 7:30 am – 4 pm.
Friday afternoon starts with an address by Michele Norris, the founder of Navigan Leadership and the president of the
University of South Florida Alumni Association Board of Directors. A t 1:15 pm, s he will speak on "Mille n nials and Beyond:
Recruiting, Retaining, and Succeeding with the Next Generations of Workers."
After that there will be another coffee break and table top exhibits, followed at 3:30 pm with a panel on Navigating Econom ic
Conditions for Stability and Growth. It's a chance to learn your colleagues' best ideas and lessons learned from past economi c
cycles so that you are well positioned for the next round of economic news. We will keep you busy!
