Members' Business Success (MS)
• Rolled out a comprehensive online
resource library for Members containing
best practice documents, samples,
standards, and planning tools.
• Introduced new "3 Ps" decals for units to
inform users about the proper use of
portable restrooms and updated our 1:10
ratio decals for worksite units.
• Hosted special free training events for new
and prospective Members at both PSAI
events this year.
• As mentioned above, worked diligently to
grow the PSAI membership overall
through increased new Member
recruitment and retention of existing
Members.
Building Organizational Capacity (OC)
• Contracted for new Association Management Software that will enhance the PSAI w ebsite, allowing Members
to join, renew, and make purchases online, more easily access industry information, and interact with other
Members.
• Formed a special SWAT team to explore ways to revolutionize the Convention and Trade Show. Watch for
announcements in the fall of 2018!
All of these things have been accomplished within the budget set by the Board at the beginning of the fiscal year. As a
result, the PSAI has finished the year with positive financial results and a strong starting point for the year a head. Thank
you to all of the dedicated PSAI Members, committee volunteers, Board Members and staff who made it possible. We
