Hi,
This is kind of weird, but I read a letter that Vice Mag published in which you wrote
about another article you yourself had read. Port - a - potties was the main focus I
believe.
While reading the letter you wrote them, at first all I could think is, "Oh
goodness...this woman really wrote in about an admiration for those? Gross."
And then I realized, no....no this woman obviously works very hard at her job and
knows it and IS NOT going to let anyone put her product down!
As every hard worker should, you did it with flair. So I don't know who you are
personally, but you somehow this morning gave me hope for humanity. Because
everyone should stand up for what they believe in even if it is port - a - pottie. I
mean...it's heartwarming really. By the end of reading your letter, I was rooting for
the port - a - potties too. Well done …

Now, we realize that one person out of the billions walking the planet doesn't make a huge
difference – but this episode is evidence showing how standing up for our industry,
educating the public, and foster ing relationships with media are all part of changing the
image of our industry.
