Joke of the Week
Apparently there was some talk about amending the
Geneva Convention to allow death by hanging for bad
puns.
Some folks thought that was overkill and choked on the
idea.
Others strongly believe lame jokes often leave you hanging
and should be pun - ished.
As it turns out, nobody has said anything about it
for quite a while now - though the idea hasn't died. The people against it are at the end of their ropes
trying to keep it off the agenda.
For now, though, no noose is good noose.
Yes, we know … this is all gallows humor.
